Information for Reviewers

All scientific articles have to be submitted to the AVIATION ENGINES Journal editorial office in electronic form on electronic media or to the following e-mail address: journal@ciam.ru .Authors have to provide an expert opinion on the possibility of publication in public media and the licensing Agreement. The article and the Agreement must be signed by all authors with indication of their full names, academic degrees and titles, positions, names of organizations, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers.

The reviewer carries out a scientific examination of the author's materials, therefore, his actions should be unbiased, consisting in the implementation of the following principles:

The reviewed article should be considered a confidential document that cannot be relayed for review or discussion to third parties who are not authorized the editorial board to do so;
The reviewer is obliged to give an objective and justified assessment of the stated research results. Personal criticism of the author is unacceptable;
The reviewer should not use unpublished data obtained from submitted articles for personal purposes;
A reviewer who, in his opinion, does not have sufficient qualifications to evaluate an article or cannot be objective, for example, in case of a conflict of interest with the author or organization, should inform the executive secretary of Journal and request to exclude him from the review process of the article in question.
